If you’re getting this service because you have lost all keys, please make sure to send the your EWS and the driver door lock cylinder.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING:
Print and Fill the “Owner Authorization Form” and include it in your package. If it’s missing, your package will not be processed until you mail it to us.

EWS Location:
BMW/ MINI Location: It’s located on the driver side. Typically on the left of the steering column with the exception of Z3 being behind the glove box.
Land Rover Location: If the ignition is located by the gear shifter then the EWS is located under the center console next to the ignition. It the ignition is located on the dash then the EWS is located under the center speaker by the windshield.
