This service is only to repair the software of the FRM, and to restore those effected functionalities.

Currently, we don't provide the service to repair physical damage or an internal damaged circuit board and its components.

NOTE: Since this is a mail-in service and we don’t have access to the car in person, you’ll gain full functionality back but in some rare situation, you’ll need to perform coding on your FRM to match the correct vehicle order.

To avoid the need to perform any coding by yourself or a 3rd party, please send your CAS, your key and the FRM and we will do the coding on bench (if needed).
